You have taken the first steps in giving your child the gift of a great education. To make sure you are ready for the next step we recommend you have the documents* listed below. You can use your phone, a tablet, or computer to complete the application.

• Your Social Security Number or Business EIN/ITN
• Your state-issued ID or driver’s license
• Proof of income with a recent tax form or TANF statement
